PRIVATE TRAINING RIDES
Now that you have purchased your bike, where do you go ride? How do you change a flat? Why is your bike making noise? All of these questions and more will be answered on one of our personal training rides. You will be assisted by two of our Elite Cycling & Fitness personal trainers. You will learn how to change a flat, do some basic turning drills and learn ride with skill so that when you are ready to jump into a group ride you will know what to do to be safe.
Basic Training Ride: $100.00 Maximum of 6 riders. This session includes a T-shirt, basic tune up on your bike, hands on training on how to change a flat so you don’t get stranded, information on changing flats so you don’t forget, information on how to ride in a group, food for the ride (energy gels and drinks) and a recovery shake to help the recovery process after our ride.
Your Elite Cycling & Fitness’ trained coaching staff will teach you basic skills on the bike so you can ride comfortably in a group. This ride will be for learning purposes and may not reach speeds over 15mph.
Private Training Ride: $80.00 Maximum of 6 riders. You must go through the Basic Training Coarse before you can be on a personal training ride. This ride is designed for cyclists who are willing to do bike specific workouts with one or more of our Elite Cycling & Fitness personal training staff. The total riding time will be no longer than 1.5 hours.
